My favorite teen mag, candy! This is where my ideas in fashion, blogging, reading and etc. got better! I love the cover because she's my favorite. I was really going to buy like my 20k is ready to be burned and then suddenly, things went fast and yeah, no more tickets for me. Okay, that's totally as if. HAHAHA. I will just buy a cornetto and pray.

  There's a preview button so I think this time I'll survive without buying candymag every month irl! Hahaha. To all Swifties there, you should buy this Month's cover! How to be a certified hipster

 I am honestly thinking of what to blog. I chose over new beginnings, love at the second time around and steps how to be a hipster. Someone gave me the last idea so let me see what I can write about this one. Can you guess where did my mom took these photos? I just forgot to turn on the hdr so hello to my favorite filter, M5! I have now an idea how to improve! Just be artsy and you'll find contentment. HAHAHA.

1. Check tumblr everyday

Back in first year high school, I was really clueless about "tumblr". It's just a year after my inner self convinced me to sign up and see what's the fuss all about. I miss my first tumblr actually. Lol. Tumblr is really amazing but it depends to your following people too. Tumblr is for cool people. I consider myself cool so I think it will make myself a hipster. Boom ano ba sinasabi ko. Mamaya may hindi na naman maka-gets. Close windows na lang po. Hehe.

2. Force yourself to idolize Avicii, Pharell, Icona Pop, One republic

I really admire people who don't join the crowd. I have nothing against Taylor Swift ( because I'm a swiftie I guess), Bruno Mars ( I died of his Just the way you are ) and other famous singers. There's something with people who find music on their own and discover what's the real stuff in life. You're hipster when a friend checks your phone and she's like... Youtube> Remembers her friend's playlist> Copycat

3. Empty game apps on your phone

THIS IS SO ME. ACTUALLY THIS IS ME. TBH, the idea came from this. Hello oomf! HAHAHA. You can't convince me anymore to play a game like flappy bird, temple run, candycrush or even online guy games ( Hey back in elementary I played counter strike, gta and RAN online where I was doubting if my character will be an archer or shaman! LOL, anyone? ) because I'm a failure! "Ayyy masyado ka namang hipster" :)

4. Good denim or ombre shorts will suffice

I can't tell what's the easiest explanation behind this reason no.4 but for me, hipster ka kapag cool ang shorts mo. Check Vanilla Breeze Clothing, there's a lot!

5. What's hipster by the way?

Hipster is a slang term that first appeared in 1940's  and was revived in the 1990's and 2000's often to describe types of young, recently-settled urban middle class adults and older teenagers with interests in NON-MAINSTREAM fashion and culture, particularly alternative music and independent rock. Boom nagtrivia! Sana before we say we are hipster alam natin ang meaning. It's actually my dream to become one. What now? Are you a kid that I never spotted in the crowd or the hipster that doesn't like mainstream creations?

10 things I learned from my Papa

1. It's all about the money, money we need money money money. We just wanna make our world dance and not to forget the price tag.

2. Humba is his signature dish now not Kaldereta anymore which means I have a new favorite.

3. Papa: Kumain ka ng ampalaya

    Me: Ayoko. Mapait

    Papa: Mas mapait ang mabigo sa pag-ibig

4. " Magkanong boundary mo?" He is the kind of person who knows a lot of people. Even if he doesn't, he will still talk to them about jeepneys, friends, family and everything that's under the sun. 

5. "Lagi kang magsisimula sa mababa. Huwag yung laging sa taas agad." 

6. Laughter is the best medicine. Me: Papa pagawa mo na yung water tank. Papa: Sige, kakausapin ko bukas si DOMENGsi. HAYST LAHAT KAMI NAUTAS.

7. Stop waiting, start doing. I'm a lazy person so my wait-lang style isn't acceptable for him.

8. He always brings a newspaper from abroad that's really inspiring. This time, he brought me one about a CPA who's a finance consultant in South Sudan at the age of 25. IMAGINE. He worked on SGV as his experience and yes, bigtime na sa Oil Industry sa youngest country in the world. I WILL STUDY HARD FOREVER.

9. Help people in whatever amount you can give. 

10. I will always be his apple of the eye even though we fight a lot. Papa's girl. Kasama sa inuman ng kanyang mga tropapips. Sabi niya tboom daw ako pero hindi niya alam nagiging boyish ako kapag kasama siya.  Panganay transformation problems. <3

  I was scrolling all over my tumblr timeline and I saw this post. I suddenly remembered the old movie we watched back in high school, Akeelah and the bee! Here's to the kids who got addicted to Sean Afable! Hahahaha. I didn't recognize it at first. I only told myself, "Wait. Parang pamilyar?" And then take-time-to-realize. Lol. It took me days to come up with a topic because I'm avoiding myself to talk about such THINGS that I'm too tired to explain over and over again. Hindi ibig sabihin hindi ako umimik, hindi ko nakita. Boom Vaness! Haha. Don't you love my new skirt? I have one new dress also! I bought them from a pre-loved items and I think I changed so well when it comes to buying because 2 lang napili ko. I'm proud because I know which is which. This summer, I suggest to invest in a good pair of sunnies, stripes ( top ) and a skirt because shorts are too mainstream. Hahahahaha. When it comes to shoes, I'm still bitter about it because 4 months na akong nagsusuffer. Malapit na talaga gumaling. Soon. I will really treat myself a good pair of ballerina flats when my left foot got healed. :) Being affected by the opinions of others would just lessen your confidence. The things we don't stress tend to turn out best, trust and let go. We should no longer invest our time into things that are not important to us and don't make us better.

Holy week in La Virginia

I'm totally one of the people who enjoys summer in the most possible way! Like I never stayed home for consecutive days just before. Haha. It was one of a hell overnight swimming in the famous, La Virginia Hotel and Resort! I'm just disappointed why they can't build a man-made beach. Taal lake is somewhat buwis buhay stuff to develop tho. HAHAHA. My dad would always say how great such people made/ makes development around Mataas na kahoy. "Dati, bundok and kagubatan to, tingnan mo. Developed na talaga." Wonders of man and God! :) 

My cousin, Aila. This is the first time we had our real bonding because we don't talk that much before. We were just kids and now, I can't accept the fact that she's taller than me... An inch I guess. HAHAHA. Just like Jen. I don't understand how badass my genes are.

Thank God my dad bought me boxes of this brand. The chlorine in the pool is so strong. It's perfect to avoid frizz in my hair. 

The entrance costs 300 pesos and the cottage/ cabana/ hotel depends on what will you choose ofcourse. We stayed in an ifugao house with separated bedrooms for 8,000 pesos. They have many pools but we only tried those aren't that crowded. We tried the infinity pool and I'm like so thankful that I held the side of the pool because ugh 6 feet daw yung binabaan namin. Thank you Lord. Saka ako natakot nung nalaman ko yun. Grabe. I don't know how to swim so bad. HAHAHA. Thankyou Tito Poy and Tita Gles. Thankyou to my room mates and swimming buddies, Aila and Egi! We didn't take a lot of pictures because idk. La Virginia is so spacious more than you'll ever think!!!!! I tell you! It's just me and my dad who are addicted to picture takings. My dad threw up that late afternoon so I got no one to take photos. This is also the first time I appreciate root beer and now, I'm addicted to it!  Anyway, it's just relaxing being away from the city and social media. Holy week for me is all about disconnecting to reflect and spending time with the family. Thankyou Lord!

31 reasons to watch My love from another star

  If you are following me on twitter, you would see me posting a lot of scenes from the Kdrama i'm watching! My addiction to this drama is the worst so far. Walang sinabi ang missing you and love rain eh. Haha. I don't really watch kpop kung anong matyempuhan then I'll go with it. Thanks to my friend, Joice for introducing the whole barkada to this Korean Drama! We started watching the first 7 or 8 episodes last time we had our sleep over at Almira's house. I miss you guys! :D I won't really tell the whole story because I'm just here to give a version of sales talk about love, drama and in-between. 

   

1. You'll laugh and love their cat and dog relationship at the beginning. It's cliche but definitely a different situation. The girl is just so kalog and the guy is really distant. For me, I like guys who are really silent, mysterious na yung may power. Boom Vaness! Hahaha. 

2. It's when a a guy came to defend and support you from trouble and all. It's just amazing when there's someone beside you. Guys who speak so well. <3 Hahaha.

3. This is my favorite part because I'm a huge fan of action and stuff. I really like the concept that Do Min Joon shi will kill the antagonist who is Lee Jae Kyung for Cheon Song Yi ( her loveydovey ). Guys who will always be there to protect his girl. <3

4. He is Lee Hwi Kyung, old friend of Cheon Song Yi who's been dying of her for 15 years. He never stopped chasing Cheon Song Yi after all the rejections he felt. He's a very good example of a real man. Don't give up if you really love the girl. Love is when her happiness is more important than his. :)

5. Awwwwweeeee this is my favorite part too! I can't stop smiling while watching them. HAHAHA. Cheon Song Yi is a very naughty girl. She thinks like a little girl. Do Min Joon shi has also a bad boy side ( a bit! ). "A SISSY? REALLY? WHO'S SISSY HUH?" para lang yan, pag sinabihan mong bakla ang isang lalaki. "Sinong bakla ha? Gusto mo halikan kita?" HAHAHA. 

6. Cheon Song Yi is one of my fashion icon now! She's very sophisticated and classy. Pero may tililing talaga siya. Napapasabi na lang ako na, "Ano ga to. Adik lang." Hahaha. For the boys out there, we all know that you hate loud girls pero lahat naman kasi luka. Ewan ko, wala pa akong nakikilala na hindi luka. Hahaha. Embrace her weirdness na lang. 

7. When a guy tolerates your boredom. HAHAHA. Nakarelate ako kay Cheon Song Yi kasi adik din ako maglaro sa cards. Bullshit lang naman alam ko. Gigil na gigil ako dyan. Yung tipong pag mananalo ako ay partida na sa pagyayabang and loud. HAHAHA. Tapos kaya ako kinikilig din kasi nga may power si Do Min Joon shi na mag-stop ng time. He stopped the time to arrange the winning cards for Cheon Song Yi. What a trick!! So cool.  HAHAHA.

8. We are all familiar from the saying, "When a girl plans for the future, it's normal. When a guy plans for the future, he's serious." Old gm's be like! HAHAHA. Nakakatawa sila panoorin kapag epic yung naiisip nila sa isa't isa kasi puro selosan and something. Don't overthink at times. 

 9. This is really heartbreaking. When a guy cries over you. Ako, hanga talaga ako sa mga lalaking naiyak. Iba. Kabog feels. 

10. Little things. You know for girls, couple shirts, love chain and etc are everything. Ang tunay na lalake, ready maging baduy para sa kanyang love. Hahahaha. 

11. She's the type of the girl you'll still laugh even if she's crying. She's oa but she means everything she says. "DO YOU HAVE NEVER LET YOU GO?!" :( 

12. This one is funny also!!! HAHAHAHAHHAHAAH. My bae ( Do Min Joon shi ) has the abilities to hear things from afar. He heard that Cheon Song Yi will go for a jogging. He went to her to make suyo and stuff. I can't imagine someone with a shield or something so that people or ( Cheon Song Yi intendly ) won't notice her. HAHAHA. It's like, "I'm the one who always chases you. Effort effort din pag may time!" HAHAHA. When guys are pleasing>>>

13. One of the heartbreaking things in the world, masakit yung parehas nyo ng tatalikuran ang isa't isa at tatahakin ang kanya-kanyang daan. Masakit. 

14. When guys don't drink at all>>>. HAHAHAHA. First time niya maglasing kasi nga broken. Saklap, ang bilis mag throw up. Weak! Hahahaha. Pero ang cute cute cute talaga.

29. Sweet text messages >> Other says text is for loser but  since we're living in a modern world, we're into texting. We should appreciate the present and so are text messages. :) I only use viber and kakao talk but this Korean drama influenced me to download line too. That Lee Min Ho line account. HAHAHA.

30. This is so funny as well!!!! She danced my favorite song of Bruno Mars!!!! Hhahahaha. It became my favorite song because again, I was influenced by a wattpad story, 3W8L. HAHAHA.

31. Tbh, I don't like the ending. Hindi ko kasi masyado nagets. Nalito ako! Hahaha.

If you want to LOL then I highly recommend this Korean Drama. This is the best, I tell you. I will also wait for the GMA7 version of this on April 21! Too bad because ABS-CBN didn't get it first. It's too baduy knowing that their names are also changed. Matteo and Steffi?! How is that near to Do Min Joon and Cheon Song Yi? Boom Vaness! You can watch it here. Next in line? The heirs! It's better late than never!
